LBI 11/26

Met up w/ Smitty,Jay,Menacer,Handymanand JeffL on LBI. Nice conditions for fishing, light sw wind, incoming tide, and birds everywhere at daybreak. Eventhough fishwere busting right in front, they were'nt Hitting the way you thought they would. We all landed fish except Jay, who had a couple that came unbuttoned.Bite shut down by 9am. All in all great day w/ great group of guys.
Not sure what everyone caught there fish on...mine were all on AOK T-HEXs and a noreast needle.

First time I ever seen a taged fish caught...Good job with removing the tag and getting the fish back so quickly Jay..well done!!!! All the fish were released today!!!

Great day indeed! I just couldn't come tight! Always a pleasure fishing with the boys! Looking forward to seeing what info comes from Bruce's tagged fish. I looked up the pink tags and I believe it was a tag from the Fish & Wildlife Service.

thats ok jeff about the decapatation......ill let you slide cause on your sunrise pic...if you look to the left a little i think you captured a fish swurling bout 50' from where me and you were standing ...........check it out it was a great day just to be out with a great bunch of guys
