Atlantic Highlands 10-7-11 Boat trip

It was a tough day - but certainly not the worst day of fishing by any means. Capt. Derek worked his butt off to find us fish - he was on the radio and cell at the same time for most of the day and once we found the - BAM! Fast and furious bite for a while.

We landed about 10 bass - 6 keepers

I landed three bass - including the big girl and I managed a smooth dogfish to keep my streak alive

Tim got a skate and sea robin along with some striper


Steve (PH) got a short and some doggies, skates, etc.




Great weather and we even saw two sturgeon jump clear of the water
