New Kayak Setup

Since I snapped my VanStaal rod a week ago or so I decided to go with a new setup for the kayak. I picked up a Quantum Cabo 40 from Murphthesurf (thanks John) last week and loaded it up with 300 yards of Calcutta 20lb braid. I ordered a StCroix Mojo Bass spinning rod 7' mhl from Tackle Direct that's supposed to be hear today. At least the tracking says sometime today or by the end of the business day today.

whats the word on Calcutta? I'm assuming you like it?

I used it once before and its pretty good, it keeps its color better and it packs on the reels good, very thin (probably not a good selling point with my eyes) Its made by suffx but its pretty cheap I think the 300yd 20lb braid cost me 20.00 shipped. The yellow is nice too.

sounds good..keep us updated on it! And as far as that Mojo goes, I'm sure you are going to love it! I have the Mojo surf and its a sweet one!
