NJ DEP flawed beach access guidelines

The NJ DEP has created a new guidelines which will give control to local towns to determine its beach access. If you have ever fished in Sea Bright, Elberon and Deal, you know these towns have made it extremely difficult to fish by limiting parking and access. This new regulation being promulgated by the DEP will make it much worse by putting the chicken coop in the the hands of the fox. See [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
