Re: WTB Cheap surf plugs.
Since you're new to this "sport" I might suggest you start out like most of us did. one or two plugs and a cheap canvas or nylon bag. Check Cabelas or Dicks. You can start out with some cheap Gibbs or Tsunami plugs (also available at Dicks). You dont need expensive custom made wood plugs or a fancy plug bag. I used to carry my plugs around on the side of a big white bucket and it worked out just fine. It seems like you have multiple interests (Hockey, Surf Fishing, etc) which is great for a kid your age, you shouldn't spend too much on any one until you decide which one you're going to focus on, then save your money and look for better equipment.

I've got plenty of cheap plugs but you have to tell me what you're looking to spend so I can throw a lot together.

Re: WTB Cheap surf plugs.
do what we did...... we found a canvas fishing bag like thing.. it was like $5 or something.... got a piece of pvc and cut it up into pieces that fit into the bag.... whole thing cost maybe $10... i'm sure you could find pvc piping laying around somewhere to fit into a bag...
