Carolina Reds
Well just got back from South Carolina. And while I was there caught a 10 pound redfish on a piece of mullet in a pond in my uncle's back yard.
Here's some pics

Re: Carolina Reds
Hey way to go pal Great catch. I just got my first couple redfish last month, but yours would probably eat mine! Was that
too big to keep because of slot limits? My dads friend is a great artist that either paints or draws portraits(not sure) of fish if you
have a good picture of and the length of your fish. I got a 18 1/4 inch red with a great picture(put the camera real close to the
fish, head to tail take up the whole width of the picture) Mine had a spot on the tail and 1 half way up his body. I had to take
thousands of casts to get the 2 reds I got, so I figured the biggest red I got deserves to be made into a portrait to hang up the wall.
I finally got a new job so I can get off unemployment and actually have money to do stuff again and this will be my first treat. The artist is
is low on money like most people nowadays so dad says he would do it for fairly cheap probably. Lookin forward to it

No he wasn't to big to keep LOL
It's just the pond i caught him in is polluted with fertilizer and other grass products.

Re: Carolina Reds
Thats a shame about the pollutants in the water cause fresh redfish is very good. You don't have to cover
it up with a bunch of BS to make it edible. I didn't think it was gonna taste good because I think black drum
taste like crap, but I was wrong about the reds. Once again nice fish dude.
