10/5 LBI report/a.m.

Fished from about 7 till 10 on the Surf City/North Beach border. Had 4 doggies on clam and 2 small bluefish, less than a pound, 1 on mullet the other on a clam. Lots of life on the water though. Porpoise moving from north to south feeding on bunker pods, one of the pods came in close enough to snag and live line but no fish pushing them. Oh well.
