THE LAST FEW TRIPS TOO LOCAL BEACHES IAM STARTING TOO SEE BAIT. NOT TOO SURE IF ITS HERRING OR BUNKER. SEEING A FEW BREAKS ON THE WATER. I ALSO HEARD THERE WAS SCHOOLIE ACTION. SO IT SOUNDS GOOD SO FAR. I LL START PLUGGIHG THIS WEEK. THE 2009 SEASON IS STARTING UP. GOOD LUCK TOO ALL. TIGHT LINES.

That's what I was thinking, I just wanted the confirmation.

Can you guys find fish? Don't worry about spot burning and report rats. I'm pretty sure for the most part there are no big secret spot's. People fished your secret spot before you and will after. The guys who are chasing reports will be a day late and a dollar short. There's plenty of beach and late tides that have plenty of fish and not a sole in sight. Put your work in. It will pay off.

IF YOU PUT THE WORK IN IT WILL PAY OFF. THE BAIT I SAW WAS ON THE OCEAN SIDE.

Lazy and surf fishing dont make a good combo. I will report fish but I wont say a specific beach. Maybe something like Had fish at shinnecock all on bucktails. I dont see anything wrong with that. Cant wait till it warms up. I'm getting bored wrapping hooks and bucktails.
