fist here is my jig
here is a how to bend wire 000_0510
now put wire betwen little post and bigger post and bend toward little post

here is a how to bend wire 000_0511

now bend it back toward bigger post

here is a how to bend wire 000_0512

now bend back toward little post

here is a how to bend wire 000_0513

here is the finished product

thats a sweet jig, could you do a sketch of it, size pins and spacing, would like try and make one, I use tig so all my loops are done by round nose pliers thanks
