Its about time!!

Well, here is my introduction to the site and all its fine members. I must say it is long overdue!! I have been "lurking" here for just over a month. I stop in everyday and see whats happening. As all of you know, since you dont recognize me, I have been far from an active member of the community. I have to say this is a very good group of guys (and girls).

I have come to love this site because of its members and the way its operated! Smitty, Thank you!! You have done a very good thing here. The moderators on some of the other sites have gotten too far out of hand. They have taken the fun out of fishing. The two recent occurences that have made me a true believer of this site is Andrew's ordeal (AKScuba's incident) and while talking with Val at Oceanside. The last time in her shop was the Saturday before her awards dinner and we started talking about this site and the others. She informed me, when spot burning came up, that is was the mods not the people who photoshopped pictures, etc. Enough is enough! We are guys who love to go out and fish, thats what its all about!! You guys leave it at that.......you dont have the he said she said BS here!

Well, I can go on and on, but I won't! I am just happy to be a member here and I cant wait to get a sticker so I can cover up my B_s_ B_r_ sticker on one of my cars!!
