First keeper or the spring..
Yes, yes before you say it i know its late, but i am fairly new to it all.
4 fish in total tonight, 2 keepers 33 inch and 31 inch.
wish i knew how to post pics on here, its so complicated. :scratch:

i actually didnt keep either of em, let em swim..just went food shopping, have plenty to eat, it woulda sat in the freezer and there was no point in that, maybe by next week ill hold on to one when were getting low on grub.

what did you get'em on?
were you out front or the bay? my guess the bay,,out front a little ruffn weedy up here.no ocean cty.
Letting fish go swimming for another day is always admirable in my book.

props to you for good sportsmanship! anything larger than 38", ill take a pic and release...although i have yet to get larger than a 35 inch (thats my biggest ever). keep the small ones, like 28-32 inchers, they make for better eating. nothing beats fresh bass on the grill, anything we have leftover that we freeze gets brought into work, makes for a great start on mondays (aka-happy bosses) lol.
if you need any grilling ideas, let me know.. we fish every weekend and 90% of the time come home with at least one keeper. good luck!

anything over 70 inches i take pics of and release....i do this a few times a week lol soon i will be schooling akscuba and showing him how to catch tuna and filet and relase them too.... :.......:
