Round Valley Report

Fished Round Valley today to get rid of the cabin fever :face: Ended up with two lake trout at 16" caught at 70' in 91' of water. All fish were caught while trolling with downriggers. The surface temp was 33 degrees :cyclops: Had another one on later in the day on a float rig with a shinner probably a brown or a rainbow as they are higher up in the water column. Nice to be out on the water again doing what I love

yeah, I don't get the freshwater only or saltwater only. I just love catching fish.

whats the shoreline look like? a lot of ise build up? been meaning to get up to RV after hearing some good reports on rainbows from the shore, but it was about a week ago before it got real cold...

the water was clear of ice, but very cold. Surface temp. was 33.2 degrees. To fish trout in there you want to look for gradual sloped shoreline. If you go just let me know. I know a couple of spots from shore.

No pics....:( I hounded my wife for the camera and finally found it:) go to take my first pic and it says ...no memory card:(... She forgot to put it back in the camera
