firery bass on the grill

1 cup of franks red hot sauce
4 tbls of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of fresh garlic (minced)
fresh minced parsley
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
~~~in order to take it down a notch add a tbls of honey to take some heat away~~~
-mix all ingredient.
-marinate skinned fillets for as long as you want in bowl in refrigerator.
-put in tin-foil with lots of the marinade, on the bbq
-every 5 mins rub more and more juice.
-cook for 12 mins.
-bass will be ready when juice is boiling surrounding the fillets

lubes dont you need bass first to cook? I'm just saying.
